Kitchen is shared with this Single Room with ensuite bathroom that is located on first floor in a family home. Please note that these is a vey shy dog in the house who stays in the TV Lounge on the ground at all times and never comes out; the guest room with ensuite bathroom is on the first floor.
There are no children in the house and guests are allowed to use all facilities in the communal kitchen that is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and kettle for coffee/tea.
Also the guest room is equipped with a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station in the room along with a pedestal fan for hot summer days.
All bed linen, towels and basic toiletries are provided in the room for our guests. For longer reservations, we provide bi-weekly room service free of charge. However if you need the room to be cleaned more frequently then please speak with your host or house manager.
Please note that the house is non-smoking throughout hence no smoking, no vaping, no e-cigarettes and no candles are allowed in the house.
Smoke and fire alarms are installed in this property that are centrally connected with the local fire department. So please do not smoke or vape anywhere in the house as it may trigger a fire alarm and intimate the local fire department who'd be at the house within a few minutes asking everyone to evacuate the property.
So please please DO NOT Smoke or Vape in the house.

Weekly and Monthly Discounts are automatically applied for longer reservations of week (7+ nights) and month (28+ nights); which implies that 7% or 11% discount from respective standard rate is applied automatically for weekly reservations, and 13% or 18% discount from respective nightly rate is applied for month-long reservations. Fire safety checks are regularly conducted at all properties and they are all equipped with integrated smoke and fire alarms and carbon monoxide alarms in all rooms and communal areas; all alarms are directly linked with the local fire department. So please, please DO NOT smoke or vape anywhere in this property as it may trigger fire alarm and send alert to the local fire department who will be at your door within a few minutes, asking everyone to leave the building. We cannot stress it enough as guests have been asked to leave in the past who did not adhere to the house rules.
